On Friday, Year 5 embarked on an extraordinary adventure organised by the Deans Trust. The children were fortunate enough to visit a charming Spanish café, where they enthusiastically practised their Spanish skills by ordering and savouring an array of traditional tapas dishes. Their experience was further enriched by a variety of hands-on activities, including the fascinating process of making table salt from rock using a Bunsen burner, and an exhilarating Year 5 football tournament, alongside many other thrilling experiences.
The Deans Trust excelled in ensuring the children's well-being during the warm weather, thoughtfully providing regular breaks, refreshing cold drinks, scrumptious ice lollies, and a delightful selection of food to keep their spirits high.
